Bresaola is traditionally produced in Valtellina - Lombardia- Northern Italy (Alps area).
It's made from rump beef, one of the most prestigious cuts, and flavoured with salt, pepper, cinnamon and cloves before being slowly cured.
Light and tasty, it's the perfect cold cut for all seasons and goes well with many dishes. Delicately flavoured, with the distinctive fragrance of spied cured meat, Bresaola has an even, bright red colour.
