MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT:  £ 50.00. This amount does not include any transport charge.

CUT-OFF TIME: 2pm: orders placed after 2pm may have a 24h delay.

EASTER OPENING TIMES: closed from Friday until Mo. Back to normal on Tue. For urgent needs contact us please, we may be able to deliver on Sat. morning. 

ALLERGIES:

Our products may contain allergens or traces. If you have any concern about the ingredients or raw materials of a product please contact us.

• Prices may vary without notice. All the efforts are made from our side to reduce any possible price increase and grant the best value for money for our Customers. 
• All the prices are quoted franco London. Different shipping fees apply depending on the area in London and UK.
• The prices in this web site cancel all the previous offers and-or previous quotations.
• The prices here in this online store are valid only and exclusively for online purchases. 
• The VAT invoice will be sent via email.

SHIPPING CHARGE:

• No charge for CLICK & COLLECT.
• There are different shipping charges depending on the delivery area. Please see the table here up.
• For  all the shipments, the deliveries may be done by our own drivers or by any  national courier.

DELIVERY TO IRELAND, UK ISLANDS, OUTSIDE THE UK:

We deliver only in England, at the moment. We do ship abroad, to Ireland, to the UK Islands, or outside the UK,  and outside Europe. In these cases, we will communicate the transport cost upon the quotations of the main national and/or international couriers.

Kindly note that duties and customs fees will be charged in case of export outside the UK. The requested export documents and all these information will be communicated.

DELIVERY TIME:

With "day", we mean working days.

There are no deliveries on bank holidays nor on Sunday nor on other festivities.

For any delay from our side, or any shipment issue, we will inform you as soon as possible. 

• London and Greater London:  It is the next day if the order is placed from Mo. to Thu. , for the London area and Greater London. For orders placed on Friday and in the week-end , the delivery will be on Mo., in the London-Greater London area. We might deliver even on Saturday, in the London/Greater London area.
• free CLICK&COLLECT: we may need  a max. of 24h technical time to prepare the goods. We will keep you constantly posted about the timing. 
• For areas outside London, the delivery may take longer (3-5 working days). 

 STOCK  AND/OR AVAILABILITY ISSUES:

Any effort is done to avoid such stock or availability issues, but despite all our efforts and plans, there might be some unforeseen logistic or transport issues. We will inform you as fast as we can to communicate any issue and to sort it out. It might happen that a product cannot be delivered, even if it  looks available at stock. There are several reasons for that. One of the most common reasons may be a packaging issue: for example a damaged pack. We may not be aware of that until we pick  a product from its carton box in our depot.  This is just an example.

Another issue may be the availability. There may be unforeseen transport delays, or shortages, for example. And that may cause a planned stock availability of an item.
If we are not able to deliver a product bought from our online store, we may replace it with another make or brand and of the same value. 
 

CLAIMS and RETURN OF GOODS:

Please inspect all the goods at the consignment. Claims will be accepted only within 24 hours after the delivery. Please write to inter.provisions@gmail.com or call us 07460 33 43 03 for any issue.

Ordering to us through our website, means that all our terms of sales here mentioned are accepted, and that you allow us to use your information (e-mail address and/or phone number/ address) for the execution of your order only.  All the details are safely hold and never given to Third Parties.
