The combination of the summer truffle and the mushrooms, cooked in the old Urbani way, in olive-oil with a touch of garlic, salt and pepper, has given life to the most sold truffled product ever.

The "salsa tartufata": the sauce is ready-to-use. Simply add it like it is to pasta, grilled meat, to the classical roast-beef, to grilled and boiled fish.

Ingredients: mushrooms 54%, water, extra virgin olive-oil, summer truffles (Tuber aestivum vitt) 8%, salt, truffle flavor, sunflower lecithin, aromas, alimentary fiber (inuline), pepper, citric acid,  cornstarch, garlic.
